Disclosed in the present application are a first connecting piece, a connecting assembly and a connecting system. The first connecting piece comprises a support part and a plug connection part arranged on the support part; the plug connection part is provided with a mounting side surface and an opposite connection side surface; an adjustment recess extending in the transverse direction is formed in the connection side surface; the recess bottom of the adjustment recess penetrates through the mounting side surface; the adjustment recess is used for allowing a first fastener to rotatably pass through, wherein the length dimension of the adjustment recess in the transverse direction is larger than the width dimension of the adjustment recess in the longitudinal direction. The connecting assembly comprises a first connecting piece and a first fastener, or the connecting assembly comprises a first connecting piece, a first fastener and a second connecting piece. The connecting assembly of the present application may solve the technical problem that, due to an installation position error in a use process, a conventional laminate support is liable to cause assembly failure of a laminate and a cabinet body or relative position deviation between the laminate and a side plate of the cabinet body.
