Abstract:
A firing setter (100) is made of ceramics, and comprises: a pair of flat plate parts (2) spaced apart from and facing each other; and a corrugated part (4) connecting the flat plate parts (2) and dividing a space between the flat plate parts (2) into a plurality of sections extending in one direction. This firing setter (100) has the open porosity of less than 5% in a framework constituting the flat plate parts (2) and the corrugated part (4).
