Abstract:
A fire-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe comprises a fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe layer (10) and a fire-resistant heat insulating layer (20) disposed outside of the fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe layer (10). The fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe layer (10) is formed by combining multiple fan-shaped fiberglass reinforced plastic blocks (11) and multiple elastic plates (12). The multiple fan-shaped fiberglass reinforced plastic blocks (11) are uniformly distributed along a circumferential direction of the fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe, and one elastic plate (12) is disposed between every two adjacent fan-shaped fiberglass reinforced plastic blocks (11). When a strong pressure is applied to any location of the fiberglass reinforced plastic layer, the fan-shaped fiberglass reinforced plastic blocks (11) move toward a center position of the fiberglass reinforced plastic layer (10), and the elastic plates (12) are squeezed and deformed, thereby effectively absorbing the strong external pressure. The fan-shaped fiberglass reinforced plastic blocks (11) also have high pressure resistance due to a pressure resisting mechanism similar to that of an arched bridge; and thus, the fiberglass reinforced plastic layer (10) is not susceptible to deformation and breakage under a strong pressure, and achieves significantly improved pressure resistance.
