Abstract:
Fine-denier composite non-woven fabric (1, 2). The fine-denier composite non-woven fabric (1, 2) comprises an upper layer fine-denier fiber mesh (a1, a2) composed of fibers having a fiber denier count of less than of equal to 1.0 denier, and a lower layer coarse-denier fiber mesh (b1, b2) composed of fibers having a fiber denier count of 2.0-12.0 denier. The upper layer fine-denier fiber mesh (a1, a2) is composed of two-component parallel curled spunbonded long fibers (11). Furthermore, adjacent fibers are fused to each other to form a fiber mesh by means of surface melting. Since the upper layer fine-denier fiber mesh (a1, a2) freely curls in a stacked state where adjacent fibers are not adhered under the action of hot air, after the upper layer fine-denier fiber mesh (a1, a2) is stacked and consolidated with the lower layer coarse-denier fiber mesh (b1, b2) to form the fine-denier composite non-woven fabric (1, 2), there will be fewer bonding points between the fibers in the upper layer due to fiber curls. Accordingly, the softness and fluffiness of the fine-denier composite non-woven fabric (1, 2) are increased, and the problems of difficult carding, difficult processing, etc. of the fine-denier fibers are effectively avoided.
