Abstract:
A filter structure (F1) has: an air-permeable filter layer (1) for filtering gas passing therethrough; an adhesive layer (10) formed on at least a part of one surface of the filter layer by an adhesive; and, a peelable sheet layer (20) laminated on the surface of the adhesive layer. Regions (3) to be removed are set in the filter layer. Boundaries (4) indicating the boundary position between the regions to be removed and the region not to be removed of the filter layer are formed on the sheet layer and/or the filter layer. By removing the regions to be removed at the positions indicated by the boundaries before attachment to an object, the filter structure can be attached to the object without portions that do not need to be affixed to the object or portions in which defects occur when affixed.
