Abstract:
Provided is a new filter cleaning method in which cleaning performance exceeds that of ultrasonic cleaning. A filter cleaning method according to the present invention is characterized by including a shock wave generating step for generating a shock wave, and a cleaning step for removing deposits attached to the filter as the shock wave collides with the filter, wherein formula (1) is satisfied. (1): y≥31.86x-1.591 (x: filtration accuracy of the filter [μm], y: pressure applied to the filter by the shock wave [MPa])
