Abstract:
Disclosed is a filter apparatus (100) for filtering a solution. The filter apparatus comprises: a bubble filter system (11) for filtering bubbles in the solution, wherein the bubble filter system (11) at least comprises a first bubble filter system (111) for performing first bubble filtration of the solution, and a second bubble filter system (112) for performing second bubble filtration of the solution; a stirring member for stirring the solution so as to release some of the bubbles in the solution; and a reaction kettle for accommodating the solution. The filtering accuracy of the second bubble filter system (112) is greater than the filtering accuracy of the first bubble filter system (111).
