Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a film which, when a functional layer is disposed on one surface thereof while the film is being conveyed, gives a layered film which, when wound up and thereafter unwound, is less apt to have irregularity defects in the surface of the functional layer. The present invention further addresses the problem of providing a layered film comprising said film and a functional layer. The present invention furthermore addresses the problem of providing a method for producing said film. This film comprises a resinous base and a resin layer, wherein the resin layer has projections in the surface thereof and when the average number of the projections present in the surface is expressed by P1 and the average number of projections present in the surface of the film having undergone a given wear test is expressed by P2, then the retention of projections indicated by a given expression is 50% or greater.
