[Problem] To provide an oral-environment improving material or an oral care composition mainly made of a plant fermentation composition material and capable of improving the human oral environment. [Solution] An oral-environment improving material or an oral care composition capable of improving the human oral environment is mainly made of a fermented composition obtained by fermenting and aging a plurality of items belonging to fruits, citrus, burdock and carrot belonging to root vegetables, grains, sesame, seaweeds, and saccharides.
