Abstract:
This fermentation processing apparatus comprises a fermentation tank in which a treatment subject is fermented, a rotating shaft that is positioned inside the fermentation tank and that rotates about an axis extending in the left-right direction, and a plurality of agitation claws that are positioned on the rotating shaft. The agitation claws each have an arm part extending in a direction away from the axis, and a claw part that curves from the distal end of the arm part and that faces one side in the left-right direction. A right agitation claw in which the claw part faces rightward, and a left agitation claw in which the claw part faces leftward, are included among the plurality of agitation claws. A plurality of agitation claw blocks that include the agitation claws are arranged in the left-right direction. The agitation claw blocks have block inner boundary parts in which the right agitation claws are positioned on the left side and the left agitation claws are positioned on the right side.
