Abstract:
A female screw structure (1) in which strong coupling strength can be obtained by easy tightening. As shown in fig. 5, the structure is provided with a first female screw (2) and a second female screw (3), which form a pair. The first female screw (2) has a convex portion (2b) which: is reduced in diameter from the base end (2c) at one extremity to the tip end (2d); has, on the inside thereof, spiral grooves formed continuously with spiral grooves of the first female screw (2); and is provided with an engagement portion (2g) on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The second female screw (3) has a concave portion (3b) which: is reduced in diameter from the opening end (3d) at one extremity to the bottom surface (3c); has, formed on the inside thereof, a through hole which is in communication with a spirally grooved hole (3e) of the second female screw (3); and is provided with an engagement reception portion (3g) on the inner peripheral surface thereof. When the first female screw (2) and the second female screw (3) are screwed together on a male screw (B), the convex portion (2b) and the concave portion (3b) are fitted to each other, and the engagement portion (2g) and the engagement reception portion (3g) are engaged. Thus, the first female screw (2) and the second female screw (3) are coupled so as to prevent relative rotation in at least one direction.
