Abstract:
A felt laying device, comprising a 1# belt conveyor (10), a 2# belt conveyor (20), a felt laying machine (30), a swing mechanism (40), and a felt receiving machine (50) which are provided on a frame (1). The 1# belt conveyor (10) is used for receiving formed single-layer cotton felt and conveying same to the 2 # belt conveyor (20). The 2# belt conveyor (20) is used for receiving cotton felt falling from the 1# belt conveyor (10) and conveying the cotton felt to the felt laying machine (30). The upper end of the felt laying machine (30) is hinged to the rear end of the 2# belt conveyor (20) and moves up and down along with the 2# belt conveyor (20), the lower end of the felt laying machine (30) is connected to the swing mechanism (40) and swings back and forth in the horizontal direction under the drive of the swing mechanism (40), and by means of swinging, the single-layer cotton felt falling from the 2# belt conveyor (20) is superimposed into multilayer cotton felt along the width direction of the felt receiving machine (50). According to the felt laying device, the arc swing of the felt laying machine during felt falling can be changed into horizontal linear movement, and a servo motor having shorter response time serves as driving force for swinging reversing, so that a horizontal speed difference generated during reversing is reduced, thereby improving the density uniformity of the product cotton felt in width.
