Abstract:
The present invention provides an Fe-Si/CaCO3 material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof of as a molten steel refining agent, and relates to the technical field of resource utilization. The method, as provided in the present invention, for preparing the Fe-Si/CaCO3 material by means of the cooperation of CO2 and waste residues comprises the following steps: (1) subjecting the waste residues to compression molding, and fixing same to one end of a metal rod, wherein the waste residues contain iron, silicon and calcium; and (2) soaking the waste residues in a molten salt, and subjecting the waste residues to molten electrolysis in an atmosphere containing CO2 gas by taking the metal rod as a cathode, the molten salt as an electrolyte and an inert electrode as an anode, so as to obtain the Fe-Si/CaCO3 material on the cathode. The Fe-Si/CaCO3 powder is prepared by coprocessing CO2 and the waste residues by means of a molten salt electrolysis one-step method in the present invention, thereby achieving green, low-temperature and carbon-free co-utilization of CO2 and the waste residues.
