Abstract:
Disclosed are a fault-tolerant permanent-magnet vernier cylindrical electric motor with an electromagnetic suspension and a fault-tolerant vector control method for a short circuit of two adjacent phases. The method comprises: establishing a model of the electric motor; firstly deducing a popularization Clark transformation matrix by taking two non-adjacent phases that are equal in current amplitude value as a constraint condition according to the principles that the two phases are constant in magnetomotive force before and after an open-circuit fault and that a sum of non-fault-phase current is zero; converting a non-linear strong-coupling system of such an electric motor in a fault state into a one-order inertia system by using an internal model controller, a one-order inertia feed-forward voltage compensator and a counter potential observer; solving a short-circuit compensation voltage according to the principle that a synthetic magnetomotive force of a short-circuit compensation current of non-fault phases and current of two phases with a short circuit fault is zero; and superposing this voltage and output voltage of a vector controller. The fault-tolerant permanent-magnet vernier cylindrical electric motor with an electromagnetic suspension and the fault-tolerant vector control method for a short circuit of two adjacent phases suppress motor thrust ripples caused by a fault of two adjacent phases of an electric motor. More importantly, the dynamic performance and the steady-state performance thereof are consistent with those under a normal state, and the switching frequency of a voltage source inverter is constant.
