Title:
FAST-CHARGE DRIVE CIRCUIT AND RELATED PRODUCT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/077839
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a fast-charge drive circuit and a related product. The fast-charge drive circuit comprises a boost circuit, a drive circuit and a sampling circuit, wherein the drive circuit is connected to a first power supply and a pulse circuit, and is used for receiving an input voltage output by the first power supply and a drive signal output by the pulse circuit, outputting a corresponding drive voltage according to the drive signal, and driving an external power tube to realize a drive function; the sampling circuit is connected to the drive circuit, and is used for sampling the drive voltage and outputting a boost control signal to the boost circuit when the drive voltage is lower than a first preset value; and the boost circuit is connected to the drive circuit, and is used for outputting a boost voltage to the drive circuit upon receiving the boost control signal, so as to increase the drive voltage. In this way, when a drive voltage is relatively low, the drive voltage is raised, thereby improving the drive capability of the fast-charge drive circuit, and improving the switching efficiency.
