Abstract:
An extruded pipe connecting part with integrated single and double clamping ring, or concretely a single-clamping ring and double-clamping ring compressible-type ISO 8434-1 extruded pipe connecting part. It comprises a connecting body, an extruding clamping ring and a driving nut. It is of single-clamping ring type when installed with an single-clamping ring type extruding clamping ring. It is of double-clamping ring type when installed with double-clamping ring type extruding clamping ring (a sealing clamping ring and an enclasping clamping ring). The single-clamping ring type pipe connecting pieces primarily provides extrusion-flattening sealing connection separately via the sealing cantilever of the clamping ring head wedge and then provides extrusion-concaving fixed connection via clamping ring inner edge. It further provides stop sense for the screwing-down operation in installation via the hood rear wedge and has specific stop sense for the screwing-down operation in installation with over-drive resistance by shielding the over-drive movement of the clamping ring rear with the help of the automatic radial outward-raising movement of the middle part of the clamping ring. The double-clamping ring type pipe connecting piece firstly provides separate extrusion-flattening sealing connection by sealing the clamping ring head wedge and then provides transitional connection by sealing the clamping ring inner edge. It further provides extrusion-concaving fixed connection by holding the clamping ring and provides more specific stop sense for the screwing-down operation in installation with over-drive resistance via the extrusion-concaving fasten groove. There is self-sealing function in the bivouacking medium of the sealing cantilever. The vibration/oscillation-resisting sealing cantilever of its own can have stronger vibration/oscillation resistance in sealing connection after being double fastened and isolated.
