Abstract:
Provided is an externally-driven joint structure that is modularized and can be used in a versatile manner. An externally-driven joint structure (1) according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a shaft body (13) that extends in the axial direction; and a plurality of rotation members (11, 12) that are disposed in the axial direction and connected by the shaft body so as to be mutually rotatable around an axis. The rotation members each include: a pair of surface parts (122) that are opposite one other in the axial direction; side wall parts (113, 123) that are disposed along the outer peripheral edges of the pair of surface parts; and at least one connection part (21) that is disposed on a surface part or side wall part and connected with a link member (31) that constitutes a link of a robot.
