Abstract:
An external reheating-type refuse incineration boiler, comprising an incinerator (1) and a waste heat boiler, the waste heat boiler being composed of a steam drum (5), a reheater (6), three vertical membrane-type water walls (2), a convection horizontal flue (1.32) and a coal economizer tube box (4) which is arranged at the tail in a U shape; the convection horizontal flue has a first medium temperature superheater (3.1), a high temperature superheater (3.2), a second medium temperature superheater (3.3), a first low temperature superheater (3.4) and a second low temperature superheater (3.5) arranged in sequence; the steam drum, vertical membrane-type water walls and convection horizontal flue of the waste heat boiler as well as the superheaters in the waste heat boiler are all installed and fixed using suspension devices; and the reheater employs a partition-type structure, having saturated steam inside a tube, and reheated steam outside the tube. The reheater is of a type that is arranged outside a flue, and the reheater is hung on the upper portion of the flue using a hanging device. The incineration boiler increases the steam parameter, increases the steam working capacity, and prevents the safety problems of high temperature corrosion and the like that are due to the arrangement of the reheater in the flue.
