An extensible LED combination screen quick lock mechanism, comprising a first connection portion (1) and a second connection portion (2). The first connection portion (1) is provided with a first installation position (10) and an elastic fixing member (20). The second connection portion (2) comprises a second installation position (30), a sleeve cylinder fixing seat (40), a sliding sleeve cylinder (50), and an elastic device (52) provided between the sliding sleeve cylinder (50) and the sleeve cylinder fixing seat (40). The sliding sleeve cylinder (50) is connected to a rotating handle (70) through a spiral structure. A locking pin shaft (60) is fixed on the rotating handle (70). The first connection portion (1) is provided at a side of an LED unit screen in an LED combination screen. The second connection portion (2) is provided at another side of another LED unit screen. The locking mechanism has a small volume, high assembly accuracy, is safe and reliable, and when assembling a unit screen, does not require professional workers or tools, saving time and labor in the assembly process and providing a tight connection.
