Title:
EXPANSION FASTENING CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION METHOD, AND EXPANSION FASTENING CONNECTION ASSEMBLY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/019914
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An expansion fastening connection structure, comprising an expansion fastening connection assembly (1), a parent component (2) and an attachment component (3). The expansion fastening connection assembly comprises a driving core piece (8) and an expansion sleeve (16) consisting of expansion pieces (26) encircling the driving core piece. Tapered surfaces (33) for expansion are provided on the expansion pieces, and a driving tapered surface (21) is provided on the driving core piece. Annular wedge-shaped holding grooves (18) are provided on a hole wall of the parent component. The expansion pieces comprise wedge-shaped holding portions (30) and positioning holding portions. When the expansion sleeve is in a fully expanded state, the wedge-shaped holding portions extend into the wedge-shaped holding grooves and form an engagement, and the expansion sleeve is connected and fixed to the parent component. Also provided is a connection method for the expansion fastening connection structure. The attachment component and the parent component are connected and fixed via a threaded fastening piece (10) passing through the attachment component and connecting to a threaded connecting portion of a core rod. A reliable connection is implemented in situations such as those having a large load, heavy vibrations or a high temperature.
