Abstract:
In one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to an exosome and uses thereof, the exosome comprising a protein that induces cell death and a polypeptide that increases the half-life of an exosome. The exosome of the present invention has a longer retention period in the body than an exosome not comprising the polypeptide, and have the excellent effect of delivering a protein that induces cell death to tumor tissue, and thus can be used as an agent for tumor treatment.
