[Problem] To facilitate assembly work while maintaining the bonding strength between each member in an exhaust valve device for a fuel tank. [Solution] An exhaust valve device having a cylindrical top structure formed from a first casing (2) and a second casing (3), a cylindrical bottom structure (third casing (4)) in which a top end part and a bottom end part are opened and the bottom end part of the top structure is inserted into the aforementioned top end part, and a float valve (5) supported between the top structure and the bottom structure so as to be able to move upward and downward, wherein: a plurality of first engagement claws (48) is installed in a protruding manner at an interval in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the bottom end part of the top structure which is inserted into the bottom structure; and the bottom structure has a plurality of first engagement holes (58) which engages with the first engagement claws, and a long hole (59) which is formed on a position that is separated from the top end edge of the bottom structure between two adjacent first engagement holes, penetrates the bottom structure from the outer circumferential surface to the inner circumferential surface, and extends in the top and bottom direction.
