Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to an excimer lamp capable of improving light efficiency with a simple and easy structure to thereby enable a compact size and improve light irradiation performance, and a light irradiation device including same. The excimer lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light-emitting tube for emitting light; a first electrode provided outside the light-emitting tube; and a second electrode provided outside the light-emitting tube to face the first electrode. The light irradiation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case accommodating the excimer lamp, and a light transmission portion through which light emitted from the light-emitting tube is irradiated to the outside is formed in the case.
