Abstract:
Provided are an excavating tooth fixing method and fixing system. Fixing steps at least comprise: a lock body (301) is mounted in a lock body accommodating hole (A), so that the lock body (301) is non-rotatably mounted on a tooth holder (100); a bucket tooth (200) is moved, and a nose portion (101) of the tooth holder (100) is inserted into the inner cavity of the bucket tooth (200); a lock pin (302) is inserted into a lock pin through hole (c) on one side of the bucket tooth (200) and initially positioned, so as to ensure that a recessed slideway (4) is located at a position corresponding to an elastic lock head (2); the lock pin (302) penetrates into a pin hole (b) and to the lock pin through hole (c) on the other side, the elastic lock head (2) is moved to the position beside a recessed lock position (3) along the recessed slideway (4), the middle section of the lock pin (302) is enclosed by the lock body (301), and pin ends (1) at both ends of the lock pin (302) are placed in the lock pin through hole (c); and a rotating force is applied to the lock pin (302) so that the lock pin (302) rotates at a certain angle relative to the lock body (301), the elastic lock head (2) is fitted into the recessed lock position (3) from the recessed slideway (4), the lock pin (302) and the lock body (301) are limited, and then the bucket tooth (200) and the tooth holder (100) are fixed. Mounting is simple and convenient, connection strength is more reliable and stable, and vibration and impact during an excavating tooth operation process can be resisted.
