Abstract:
An event processing method and apparatus for an input device, which method and apparatus are applied to the technical field of electronics. The method comprises: a first electronic device detecting a first event of an input device; determining a focus device; when the focus device is a second electronic device, generating event information on the basis of the event type of the first event, and a first mapping relationship, wherein the event information comprises a key scanning code and a first event type, and the first mapping relationship comprises the correspondence between the key scanning code and a first key code; and sending the event information to the second electronic device, wherein the event information is used for converting the first event into an event in a second operating system, so that the second electronic device responds to the event information. By means of the method, the automatic conversion of a shortcut key event of the input device between different operating systems can be realized, such that a shortcut key takes effect in different operating systems, thereby improving the operation efficiency and greatly improving the operation experience of a user.
