Abstract:
An ethionine ester continuous preparation device and method. The continuous preparation device comprises a first micromixer (3), a first microtube reactor (4), a second micromixer (5), a second microtube reactor (7), and a cooling and standing tank (9) sequentially connected to each other from upstream to downstream. Isopropyl xanthate and sodium chloroacetate are continuously pumped and mixed by means of the first micromixer (3), and are subjected to a displacement reaction in the first microtube reactor (4); the obtained product is mixed with ethylamine after the reaction; the mixture is subjected to an aminolysis reaction; and finally, the obtained product is subjected to oil-water separation by means of the cooling and standing tank (9) to obtain ethionine ester. Both the yield and the purity of ethionine ester prepared by the present invention are improved, the reaction time is shortened, the equipment capacity is high, and the energy consumption is reduced.
