Abstract:
In order to achieve an error detection device that has excellent convenience, this error detection device (6) comprises: an action time acquisition unit (611) that obtains the compression time and return time of pistons (531) in an air cylinder (5); and an error detection unit (615) that detects whether or not there is an error in the air cylinder, by comparing the compression time and the return time to their respective standard times. When measurement points are plotted on a two-dimensional plane together with a reference point, using the compression time as the horizontal axis and return time as the vertical axis, the error detection unit detects air cylinder errors if a measurement point has been plotted within an error range.
