Abstract:
Provided is an environmentally friendly treatment apparatus for intermittent feeding type glass solid waste. The apparatus comprises a treatment box (1), wherein a fixing cylinder (18) is arranged at the top end inside the treatment box; a driving shaft (13) is arranged inside the fixing cylinder, and the middle of an upper end of the driving shaft is provided with a double-cam column (15); the outer side of the double-cam column is in contact with a guide block (21), and the outer side of the guide block is connected to a pounding rod (19); a reset spring (20) is arranged at the outer side of the pounding rod between the guide block and the inner wall of the fixed cylinder; the lower end of the driving shaft passes through a fixed plate arranged inside the fixed cylinder and is connected to a rotary inclined block (9); the lower end of the rotary inclined block is in contact with a lifting inclined block (10); the lower end of the lifting inclined block is connected with a pounding shaft (7); and the lower end of the pounding shaft passes through the bottom end of the fixed cylinder and is connected to a pounding hammer (5). According to the apparatus, ordered feeding of glass waste in the treatment box is realized, and the glass waste is initially treated while feeding; moreover, the lifting inclined block and the rotary inclined block are arranged to ensure that a lifting hammer moves up and down, and finally, glass is crushed.
