Abstract:
An environmentally friendly submarine DCM pile head clearing construction process. The construction process comprises the following steps: step I, maintaining construction devices on an overwater breaking and excavation platform (1); step II, driving the overwater breaking and excavation platform (1) to the position above an area to be subjected to breaking and excavation, and fixing the overwater breaking and excavation platform (1) by means of twisting anchor cables (7); step III, selecting a DCM test area for a breaking and excavation typical construction test; step IV, lowering a grab bucket (5) to a DCM pile head body (6) for breaking and excavation; step V, driving the overwater breaking and excavation platform (1) out of a first excavation area (13), performing a multi-beam water depth measurement on a second excavation area (14), and establishing a three-dimensional geomorphologic map of the second excavation area (14); step VI, analyzing a three-dimensional geomorphologic map after breaking and excavation, and according to step IV to step V, continuing construction in an under-excavation area which does not reach a designed elevation; and step VII, preparing for breaking and excavation of the next area, and circulating in this way.
