Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection devices, and discloses an environmentally friendly self-cleaning and back-suction wastewater treatment device comprising a processing box. A support frame is mounted at the upper end of the processing box. A driving motor is mounted at the upper end of the support frame by means of a cushioning pad. A driving gear is connected to the lower end of the driving motor. An intermediate gear is engaged at the left end of the driving gear. An intermediate shaft is mounted in the middle of the intermediate gear. The lower end of the intermediate shaft passes through the upper end of the processing tank, and is connected to a filter tank. The bottom end of the filter tank is connected to the bottom end inside the processing tank by means of a rotary shaft. A stirring shaft is provided inside the middle shaft, and the lower end of the stirring shaft passes through the upper end of the filter tank and is connected to the bottom end inside the filter tank. Stirring blades are provided outside the stirring shaft inside the filter tank, A driven gear is engaged to the left side of the intermediate gear. A rotating drum is coaxially connected to the upper end of the driven gear. The present invention achieves the up and down movement of a lifting ring, and then automatic cleaning of filter holes outside of the filter box, ensuring the filtering effect while achieving the back-suction of the wastewater after filtering and sedimentation.
