Abstract:
Provided are an environmentally friendly and energy-saving preparation method for a regenerated elastic sheet, a leather prepared thereby and a processing device used therein. Recycled waste, an elastic foaming material and an adjuvant are placed in a closed space, and the recycled waste is ground into powder and uniformly mixed with the elastic foaming material and the adjuvant by means of repeated rolling and pushing, so as to prepare a regenerated elastic material; and the regenerated elastic material and an attaching sheet are then attached and aged to obtain a regenerated elastic sheet, such as rubber leather, plant leather and natural leather. On this basis, a regenerated elastic material, in which recycled waste is used, can be prepared in a closed environment, and a regenerated elastic sheet, such as rubber leather, plant leather or natural leather can further be manufactured; the preparation method not only has few manufacture procedures and can achieve energy-saving and carbon-reducing effects, but can also reduce pollution to the surrounding environment, and has environmental protection and practical value.
