Abstract:
An environment-friendly dust suppression and removal device for construction, comprising a movable mounting cylinder (10) arranged horizontally. Moving guide wheels (12) are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the movable mounting cylinder (10) by means of steering wheel carriers (13); a rotary mounting cylinder (14) is arranged horizontally inside the movable mounting cylinder (10); a limiting rotating shaft (6) is arranged at the left end of the rotary mounting cylinder (14); a transmission mounting cover (2) is arranged at the left end of the movable mounting cylinder (10) to fit the limiting rotating shaft (6). By means of an absorption structure of the rotary cylinder, the dust absorption operation surface of the device is large, the dust absorption range is wide, and the dust absorption operation can be efficiently performed; moreover, by working in conjunction with an interchangeable mounting structure, the absorption structure can be replaced rapidly and stably, so that the maintenance time can be saved, the duration of safe and stable operation is greatly prolonged, the dust removal and suppression efficiency and quality of the device are improved, the dust absorption operation range is wide, and the dust removal effect is remarkable; the amount of free dust around the device is significantly reduced by means of multiple sets of angle-adjustable dust suppression structures.
