Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is an enrichment tube for enriching total flavones in an epimedium brevicomu maxim leaf extracting solution, the tube comprising a tube body, Teflon gaskets, and a resin layer, wherein an inlet is formed in the top of the tube body; an outlet is formed in the bottom of the tube body; a first Teflon gasket, a second Teflon gasket, and a third Teflon gasket are sequentially arranged in the tube body from bottom to top; an XDA-4 resin layer is arranged between the first Teflon gasket and the second Teflon gasket; an LSA-5B resin layer is arranged between the second Teflon gasket and the third Teflon gasket; and an extracting solution accommodating cavity is arranged between the third Teflon gasket and the inlet. The enrichment tube provided in the present application can effectively enrich the total flavones in the epimedium brevicomu maxim leaf extracting solution, and the content of the total flavones in the extracting solution after enrichment is 5 times or more the content of the total flavones in the extracting solution before enrichment.
