Abstract:
The present invention relates to an enhancement-type combined flash evaporation/electrostatic spinning apparatus, comprising a flash evaporation spinning apparatus, an electrostatic spinning apparatus and a grounded receiving conveyor belt (9). The flash evaporation spinning apparatus comprises a flash evaporation spinning spinneret unit (5) comprising a first nozzle, which is grounded. The electrostatic spinning apparatus comprises a high-voltage power supply (8), and an electrostatic spinning spinneret unit (6) comprising a second nozzle, which is connected to the high-voltage power supply (8). The first nozzle and the second nozzle are both located above the receiving conveyor belt (9), and are arranged opposite each other and spaced apart by D, the D ranging from 15 cm to 40 cm. The apparatus of the present invention has a simple structure, and can manufacture products that are less prone to delamination, and excellent in waterproof performance and air permeability.
