Abstract:
An enhanced agglomeration and coalescence and efficient particle layer-based filtering device for ultrafine particles, relating to the technical field of flue gas purification, and comprising a pre-charge region (1), an agglomeration region (2), and a filtering region (3). The pre-charge region (1) comprises a first conductive metal plate (11), ternary rare earth tungsten (W-La2O3-CeO2-Y2O3) prickles (12), and second conductive metal plates (13); the agglomeration region (2) comprises a primary coagulation region (21) and an alternating electric field coagulation region (22); the filtering region (3) is a particle layer (32) formed of porous particle groups. First, by using an electrode plate provided with the ternary rare earth tungsten prickles as a discharge cathode, and by means of a nanosecond pulse power supply mode and diffuse discharge, high-density free electrons, negative ions and positive ions are distributed in the whole electric field channel, so that ultrafine dust particles are fully and uniformly charged heteropolarly; second, agglomeration and coagulation of the ultrafine dust particles are enhanced by means of a synergistic effect of a turbulent boundary layer, a Coulomb force, and the alternating electric field; finally, the ultrafine dust particles are efficiently captured by the particle layer comprised of porous particles.
