Abstract:
An engineered immune cell is provided, and in particular, an immune cell modified to co-express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and interleukin-15 (IL-15), a pharmaceutical composition thereof, a use method therefor, and related use thereof are provided. The engineered immune cell has excellent tumor cell killing and inhibiting capabilities and can be used for treating cancers.
