Provided is an engagement structure characterized by comprising: a first part (100) having a shaft part (110) and an enlarged diameter part (120) provided to one end of the shaft part (110); and a second part (200) that clamps the first part (100) from the outside in the radial direction of the shaft part (110). The engagement structure is also characterized in that: the diameter of the enlarged diameter part (120) is larger than the diameter of the shaft part (110); the shaft part (110) has a recessed part (113) which is recessed inward in the radial direction of the shaft part (110); the second part (200) extends in the radial direction of the shaft part (110) and is elastically deformable in at least the radial direction of the shaft part (110); the second part (200) has a convex part (210a, 210b) corresponding to the recessed part (113), and the convex part (210a, 210b) engages with the recessed part (113). Also provided is a coupling member comprising said engagement structure.
