Abstract:
An energy-saving, environmentally friendly recycled lead multi-chamber metal smelting furnace and processing method, relating to the technical field of recycled metal smelting. A furnace housing (8) is installed on a furnace base (4); a smelting furnace apparatus (1, 2) and a vaporization furnace (3) are connected and form an integrated whole; a steel furnace frame (6) outside of the furnace housing holds the furnace housing tight; the inner side of the furnace housing (8) is a furnace masonry structure (7) made of fire-tolerant material; the smelting furnace apparatus (1, 2) is in communication with the flue gas channels (13) above the vaporization furnace (3); a liquid residue chute (15) is arranged between the smelting furnace apparatus (1, 2) and the vaporization furnace (3), and the two ends of the liquid residue chute (15) are respectively in communication with the liquid residue outlet (16) of the smelting furnace apparatus (1, 2) and the liquid residue inlet (17) of the vaporization furnace; a gas outlet (14) is provided on the smelting furnace apparatus (1, 2), the gas outlet (14) is in communication with the flue (20), and the flue has a flue gate (19). Two sides on top of the vaporization furnace (3) are connected to the flue (20) of the smelting furnace so as to enable hot liquid residue direct flow and mutual flue communication, and to open or close the gate to control the flue gas flow to perform smelting, vaporization, thermal insulation, and pre-heating on material, continuous feeding during production, and continuous melting. The latent heat in the liquid residue and the waste heat in the flue (20) gas are utilized, achieving good, environmentally friendly effect and substantial economic benefit and social benefit.
