An energy accumulator with a gas leakage alarm device and a hydraulic operating mechanism, wherein the energy accumulator with the gas leakage alarm device comprises: an energy accumulator cylinder (1) and a piston (2) arranged in the energy accumulator cylinder, the energy accumulator cylinder (1) is provided with a pre-inflated cavity (32) separated by the piston (2), and the end of the energy accumulator close to the pre-inflated cavity (32) is provided with a piston displacement detection device for detecting the displacement of the piston. Since pressure in the pre-inflated cavity (32) will reduce after the gas therein leaks, the piston will move correspondingly, and thus the location of the piston can be detected via the piston displacement detection device, thereby timely obtaining the condition of gas leakage and setting an alarm location. If it is detected that the piston has moved to the set alarm location, it means that the gas in the pre-inflated cavity (32) has leaked and repairing is needed, and the device does not need to detect gas pressure after stopping a circuit breaker, which avoids an impact on the proper functioning of the circuit breaker.
