Abstract:
An endoscope treatment tool 20 comprises: a transmission member 45 that is inserted into an opening of a sheath 23 so as to be able to advance and retract; an operation unit 21 that enables an operation for advancing/retracting the transmission member 45; a snare 41 that, according to the transmission member 45 advancing or retracting, switches between a state of being accommodated in the sheath 23 and expanding when protruding outward from a tip opening; and an injection needle 42 that, according to the transmission member 45 advancing or retracting, switches between being accommodated in the sheath 23 and protruding outward from the tip opening. In a state where the injection needle 42 is protruding from the sheath 23, the snare 41 expands into a first loop shape, and in a state where the injection needle 42 is accommodated in the sheath 23, the snare expands into a second loop shape, which differs from the first loop shape.
