Abstract:
An end insulation device for a voltage regulation coil of an oil-immersed power transformer, mounted on upper and lower ends of a voltage regulation coil (200), and comprising an insulating device body (100). The insulating device body (100) is cylindrical; several process through holes (101) are arranged on the surface of the insulating device body (100); the diameter of the process through holes (101) on the insulating device body (100) is 6-10 mm; the inner diameter of the voltage regulation coil is d, and the outer diameter of the voltage regulation coil is D; the number of support strips is n; the distance between every two process through holes (101) in the horizontal direction is 3.14*(d+D)/2n; the distance between every two process through holes (101) in the vertical direction is 100-140 mm; the shortest distance between the process through holes (101) and upper and lower sides of the insulating device body (100) is 50-100 mm. The process through holes (101) can increase the contact area of the insulation device body (100) during the oil immersion, so that the end insulation can be completely immersed. According to the mode of arranging the process holes by the pattern in the present solution, on the basis of not changing the functionality of the end insulation, the problems that the original end insulation structure cannot be immersed by the transformer oil, and gas is sealed in the insulation and cannot be discharged are solved.
