Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application belong to the technical field of batteries. Provided are an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and a method and device for manufacturing a battery cell. The end cover assembly comprises an end cover, an insulating member, a blocking member and a separating member. The end cover is provided with an injection hole, wherein the injection hole penetrates the end cover in the thickness direction of the end cover. The insulating member is configured to be arranged on one side of the end cover in the thickness direction; and the insulating member is provided with a through hole, wherein the through hole penetrates the insulating member in the thickness direction. The blocking member is provided with a liquid outlet, and the blocking member is configured to cause a fluid medium, which passes through the injection hole and the through hole, to change the flowing direction thereof and then enter a battery cell through the liquid outlet. The separating member is configured to separate a tab from the end cover, so as to prevent the tab from passing through the through hole and coming into contact with the end cover. By means of the end cover assembly of this structure, the risk of a short circuit of positive and negative electrodes of a battery cell can be effectively reduced.
