Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an emergency rescue apparatus and an emergency rescue vehicle. The emergency rescue apparatus comprises: a chassis; a first rotary platform, which is arranged on the chassis and is configured to rotate relative to the chassis; a second rotary platform, which is arranged on the chassis; a working arm, which is arranged on the first rotary platform and is configured to be operable to change an amplitude and be telescopic; and at least two working implements, which are arranged on the second rotary platform. The second rotary platform is configured to rotate relative to the first rotary platform, such that one of the at least two working implements is located at an assembly position with the working arm. The first rotary platform is capable of rotating relative to the chassis, thus driving the working arm to rotate relative to the chassis, so as to be used for emergency rescue operations in different directions. The operation range is large; when a working implement needs to be switched, the working implement is sent to the assembly position of the working arm by means of the rotation of the second rotary platform relative to the first rotary platform, such that the working arm can rapidly assemble the work implement, so as to reduce preparation time and improve rescue efficiency.
