Abstract:
Provided is an emergency call system 100 comprising an emergency call control device 10 for notifying an emergency service 20 of an emergency call from an emergency call agent 40 and a reception desk 21 for receiving emergency calls, wherein the emergency call control device 10 comprises a registration list 11 in which emergency call agents 40 are registered and a filtering unit 12 for transmitting only emergency calls from emergency call agents 40 registered in the registration list 11 to the emergency service 20, and the reception desk 21 receives emergency calls transmitted by the filtering unit 12.
