Abstract:
An electrostatic protection circuit and a memory. The electrostatic protection circuit comprises a detection circuit which comprises at least one detection sub-circuit, wherein the detection sub-circuit is connected between a first power supply terminal and a second power supply terminal, and each detection sub-circuit generates a trigger sub-signal according to the voltage change between the first power supply terminal and the second power supply terminal; and multiple electrostatic discharge circuits which are connected between the first power supply terminal and the second power supply terminal and used for being conducted according to one or more trigger sub-signals. The embodiments of the present disclosure can reduce the layout area of the electrostatic protection circuit.
