Abstract:
An electrostatic precipitator is disclosed. The disclosed electrostatic precipitator comprises: a plurality of first electrodes that extend along a first direction from upstream to downstream of an air flow path and includes a first dielectric layer and a first electrode layer inside the first dielectric layer, and to which a first voltage is applied; a plurality of second electrodes that are alternately arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the plurality of first electrodes and the first direction and includes a second dielectric layer and a second electrode layer inside the second dielectric layer, and to which a second voltage higher than the first voltage is applied; and a counter electrode disposed upstream of the air flow path and spaced apart in a direction opposite to the first direction to face the plurality of second electrodes, and to which a third voltage lower than the second voltage is applied, wherein the plurality of second electrodes includes a discharge part provided to expose the second electrode layer to the outside so as to charge the counter electrode.
