Abstract:
An electrostatic dust collection apparatus, comprising: a chamber (1), cloth bags (2), and a blower (3). The multiple cloth bags (2) are suspended side by side from an upper wall of the chamber (1). An air inlet (4) is provided at one end of a lower layer of the chamber (1). The blower (3) is installed in the lower layer of the chamber (1) immediately adjacent to the air inlet (4). A barrier plate (7) used to collide with and pressurize dust particles to create an electrostatic charge is provided at a front end of the blower (3). Being forcefully driven by the blower (3), small-sized dust particles collide with the barrier plate (7) at the front, and pressurization and friction enables the small-sized dust particles to carry an electrostatic charge and attract each other, such that the particles increase in size and settle on the lower layer under the action of gravity. The present invention has a simple structure, reduces equipment costs, and achieves a superior dust collection effect.
