Abstract:
An electronic kiln with a furnace chamber side observation function, comprising a furnace body, the furnace body comprising a pair of furnace wall liners, the pair of furnace wall liners being positioned in a furnace shell and being parallel to one another in the direction of length, the space between the pair of furnace wall liners constituting a furnace chamber; observation tube mounting holes are disposed on at least one of the pair of furnace wall liners and spaced apart along the direction of length of the furnace wall liner, the end of each observation tube mounting hole facing the furnace shell being in communication with the outside by means of a furnace shell avoidance hole disposed on the furnace shell, and the end of each observation tube mounting hole facing the furnace chamber being in communication with the furnace chamber; and a furnace chamber side observation mechanism for observing the situation inside the furnace chamber being arranged in a position corresponding to the observation tube mounting hole. The situation of the furnace chamber can be observed according to requirements by means of the furnace chamber side observation mechanisms in order to facilitate timely discovery of situations in the furnace chamber such as saggar deviation, bundling, tipping and roller breakage, and help buy time for taking timely handling measures to prevent greater hassle.
