Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve, comprising: a valve seat assembly (10), wherein the valve seat assembly (10) comprises a valve seat (11) and a valve core seat (12) connected to each other, and the valve core seat (12) is provided with a circulation hole (121); a soft sealing gasket (20), wherein the soft sealing gasket (20) is located at the end of the valve core seat (12) facing the valve seat (11), the valve seat (11) and the valve core seat (12) are both in limiting fit with the soft sealing gasket (20), and the soft sealing gasket (20) is provided with a valve port (21) communicating with the circulation hole (121); a valve needle (30), wherein the valve needle (30) can be axially and movably arranged in the valve seat (11), so as to open or close the valve port (21), and when the valve needle (30) closes the valve port (21), the valve needle (30) abuts against the soft sealing gasket (20), and a distance is provided between the valve needle (30) and an inner wall of the valve core seat (12); and a driving assembly (40), wherein the driving assembly (40) comprises a screw rod (41) and a transition structure (42), the screw rod (41) is connected to the valve needle (30) by means of the transition structure (42), the screw rod (41) can rotate relative to the valve needle (30), and when the screw rod (41) moves axially, the valve needle (30) is also driven to move axially. The electronic expansion valve can solve the problem of the poor sealing effect of the electronic expansion valve in the prior art.
