Abstract:

Provided in the present application is an electronic expansion valve, comprising: a valve housing, which is provided with an accommodating cavity and a valve port, wherein the valve port is in communication with the accommodating cavity; a nut sleeve, which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is fixedly connected to the valve housing; a screw rod, which is provided with a first end and a second end arranged opposite each other, wherein the screw rod penetrates inside the nut sleeve and is in threaded connection with the nut sleeve; a valve needle assembly, which is arranged corresponding to the valve port, wherein the second end of the screw rod is connected to the valve needle assembly, and the screw rod drives the valve needle assembly to block or open the valve port; and a pressure spring, which is arranged between the valve needle assembly and the nut sleeve, wherein the pressure spring can make a thread of the screw rod fit with a thread of the nut sleeve. By using the technical solution provided in the present application, the problem of low flow control accuracy of electronic expansion valves in the prior art is solved.
